We are Fletcher and Kadin, we've been best friends since 1st grade. Let's just say Riverman’s Crawfish Co. is something that’s been a long time coming.

Same schools. Same teams. Same late nights talking about what we, some good ol' boys from Dallas, wanted out of life. Somewhere along the way, crawfish boils became our thing—good food, good people, no rush, no pressure. 

Fletcher picked up the Cajun side of it during his time at LSU and in New Orleans. Kadin brought the Southeast Texas side—big gatherings, open doors, and making sure everyone feels like they belong. Put that together, and that’s really what Riverman’s is all about.

We started Riverman’s because we believe the best moments happen around a table covered in crawfish. It’s not just about the food—it’s about slowing down, being present, and enjoying the people you’re with.

So that’s what we do. We bring the boil to you. Backyard, business, whatever you’ve got going on—we’ll show up, cook it right, and make it feel easy. It’ll be the experience your guests will talk about long after it ends, the one that quietly becomes a standing tradition year after year. That's what Riverman's is here to bring to the table.

At the end of the day, it’s simple: hot crawfish, cold beer, and good people.
